An unusual villa with superb panoramic sea views set on the hillside overlooking Mandelieu and the Esterel coast within a very short drive to the beaches of La Napoule and Cannes. Golden sandy beaches nearby have all water-sports available. The elevated position of Villa Mistral offers a rare opportunity to be able to appreciate the far-reaching views from all levels of the pool, terrace and villa.
The accommodation consists of a split-level entrance hall with W.C. cloakroom off and slate steps that lead into a large open lounge with wide patio windows giving access to the terrace facing due south to the sea. All floors are matured oak and depict the artistic atmosphere of the villa. Feature corner fireplace and comfortable leather couches in the lounge. Dining area within the salon, although there is ample furniture for dining on the shady terrace directly in front of the villa and overlooking the pool.
The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is all white/grey, equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro-wave. Access from the kitchen to the main terrace. On the same floor is the master bedroom with floor-mounted bed (140 cms.) and unusual en suite glass brick shower room. A door from the bedroom leads onto the terrace. Laundry room also on this floor with washer and dryer.
On the first floor there are three further bedrooms, one double with 160 cms. bed, wardrobe and sea view; a second double (140 cms.) room with small balcony and sea view; and a unique third bedroom with a 'bed in a hole' (140 cms.) leather couch, scaling wall and its own small terrace...again with a sea view. Separate W.C. and family bathroom with twin bowl vanity unit, bidet and bath with shower over.
Parking space above the villa and above studio (not available for rental). An enigmatic taste in furnishings in this villa, giving a characterful atmosphere against a back-drop of the Mediterranean and unrivalled views. Excellent value for an unusual property.

Bookings & Reservations
When booking or reserving your holiday accommodation (either via our website booking system, contact form, or by telephone), it is important to note that your booking is not secure until we have confirmed it with the owners. We never accept bookings before receiving owners' acceptance and confirmation of bookings. We advise clients not to pay for any form of travel arrangements until we have formally confirmed your booking either by email or fax. In order to to speed up your reservation for accommodation, we would be grateful if clients booking 7 days or less, would kindly tick the box labelled 'Single Week Supplement' on the booking form. Arrival & Departure Days:
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, although several owners do now accept mid-week bookings. So, if you prefer arriving on a weekday, please click on the 'Contact Owner' button to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Rental Prices:
Are quoted in GBP (Pounds Sterling) per week and include:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- End of stay cleaning
- Pool and garden maintenance
- One set of linen & towels is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
- Meeting you on arrival and showing you into your accommodation
As stated above, one set of bedlinen and bath towels per person are provided for villa rentals. However, clients who have booked more than a single week and who don't wish to wash the linen and towels supplied can hire extra sets @ £23.50/person. Alternatively, guests can bring a change of linen and towels with them. In any event, clients are advised to bring their own beach/lounger towels, or alternatively, buy some locally on arrival.

Conference Season:
Owners of properties in and around Cannes usually demand premium rates for The Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition events. However, we are often able to offer reductions of up to 30% on late availability or cancellations.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £1.000 is required for this property. It will be returned to you in full following your departure assuming that no chargeable damage has occured to the property during your stay. If you cancel your booking, any pre-payments you have made against the security deposit charge will be returned to you in full.
