Villa Nautica is situated on hillside overlooking the Esterel coastline with excellent sea views from all the principal rooms of the house. The area is very residential and quiet with neighbouring individual quality properties. Entrance to the villa is by remote-controlled gate up a curving fairly steep driveway. The pool is on a lower level than the villa and here there is a pool house, large terrace for sunbathing and a rectangular pool measuring 10 x 5 metres. There is a security cover for the pool that also conserves the heat of the Mediterranean sun.
Parking is below the villa in a forecourt with ample room for at least four cars. The two lower bedrooms and independent studio all have either doorways or French windows opening onto this level. The two bedrooms accessed from the interior of the house are one double and one twin: these share the facilities of a shower room and W.C. The studio on the same level has twin singles and a shower room with WC as well as a sitting area and would ideally suit teenagers or an accompanying nanny. Access is on the same level as the two lower bedrooms where there is an external door under a covered veranda to lead to the studio.
The upper level of the villa is on a higher ground level and here there is a very large salon with wide picture windows overlooking the bay and opening onto a very large terrace where there is dining furniture under the veranda, and a gas barbecue. Internally there is also a small dining area for breakfast seating 8 people. Units in the kitchen are now white, 2 electric ovens, fridge/freezer, electric hob and a second fridge and micro-wave. There is a separate utility room with washer/dryer.
On the same salon level there is one of the master bedrooms with adjacent bathroom. On the upper floor there is almost a duplicate image of a second master bedroom with adjacent shower room. Both of these main bedrooms have 2 x 2 metre beds and identical south-facing aspects. To get to the second main bedroom there is access via a staircase from the salon level to a mezzanine TV/study area that overlooks the salon below.
Le Trayas has a station with good service to Cannes and beyond or in the other direction to St. Raphaël. There is one local general provision shop and numerous restaurants of very good quality in the bay of La Figuerette/Miramar. This is a very spacious villa, ideal for a large group and with excellent facilities.

When booking or reserving your holiday accommodation (either via our website booking system, contact form, or by telephone), it is important to note that your booking is not secure until we have confirmed it with the owners. We never accept bookings before receiving owners' acceptance and confirmation of bookings. We advise clients not to pay for any form of travel arrangements until we have formally confirmed your booking either by email or fax. In order to to speed up your reservation for accommodation, we would be grateful if clients booking 7 days or less, would kindly tick the box labelled 'Single Week Supplement' on the booking form. Arrival & Departure Days:
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, although several owners do now accept mid-week bookings. So, if you prefer arriving on a weekday, please click on the 'Contact Owner' button to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Rental Prices:
Are quoted in GBP (Pounds Sterling) per week and include:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- End of stay cleaning
- Pool and garden maintenance
- One set of linen & towels is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
- Meeting you on arrival and showing you into your accommodation
As stated above, one set of bedlinen and bath towels per person are provided for villa rentals. However, clients who have booked more than a single week and who don't wish to wash the linen and towels supplied can hire extra sets @ £23.50/person. Alternatively, guests can bring a change of linen and towels with them. In any event, clients are advised to bring their own beach/lounger towels, or alternatively, buy some locally on arrival.

Conference Season:
Owners of properties in and around Cannes usually demand premium rates for The Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition events. However, we are often able to offer reductions of up to 30% on late availability or cancellations.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £500 is required for this property. It will be returned to you in full following your departure assuming that no chargeable damage has occured to the property during your stay. If you cancel your booking, any pre-payments you have made against the security deposit charge will be returned to you in full.
