A recently-built villa situated on the slope above the sandy crescent bay of Miramar/La Figuerette and approximately 20 kilometres from Cannes. With three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and one shower room this is the ideal villa for three couples to have equal accommodation in such a beautifully presented villa.
With mature gardens boasting plentiful yuccas, Villa Tropicana is very private with secure fencing and remote-controlled gate entrance at the rear of the villa. Parking for up to three cars. Pool is 9 x 4.5 metres directly in front of the villa and is surrounded by paved and grassed areas. Electric Barbecue.
On the ground floor there is a large open living space in an L-shape with primrose stress-painted units in the kitchen area: electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, micro-wave, and dishwasher. Washing machine is in a separate utility room with sink. The kitchen opens into the dining area of the salon with comfortable chairs and glass topped table. Informal sofa seating in the salon with TV, DVD, Radio. Access from the salon and dining area to two terraces, one under a pergola for outdoor dining and the other to the terrace over-looking the pool.
The three bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom 1 with wrought iron framed double bed has maroon/rust Provencal-tiled en suite bathroom and access to the upper terrace above the pool. Bedroom 2 has similar facilities with brightly checked canary and white tiling and access to rear terrace overlooking the pool. Bedroom three has sea view window with no terrace and adjacent shower room and W.C. The décor is very pretty all hand-painted in co-ordinating colours.
Locally there is one general store, Le Trayas train station is within walking distance as also are the local beach and numerous good restaurants in the bay. The area verges on the National Park of the Esterel, where there are unlimited walking and mountain biking trails through the red rock hillsides. For such quality and precision to detail, the villa is very reasonably priced.

Bookings & Reservations
When booking or reserving your holiday accommodation (either via our website booking system, contact form, or by telephone), it is important to note that your booking is not secure until we have confirmed it with the owners. We never accept bookings before receiving owners' acceptance and confirmation of bookings. We advise clients not to pay for any form of travel arrangements until we have formally confirmed your booking either by email or fax. In order to to speed up your reservation for accommodation, we would be grateful if clients booking 7 days or less, would kindly tick the box labelled 'Single Week Supplement' on the booking form. Thankyou for your co-operation.
Arrival & Departure Days:
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, although several owners do now accept mid-week bookings. So, if you prefer arriving on a weekday, please click on the 'Contact Owner' button to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Rental Prices:
Are quoted in GBP (Pounds Sterling) per week and include:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- End of stay cleaning
- Pool and garden maintenance
- One set of linen & towels is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
- Meeting you on arrival and showing you into your accommodation
As stated above, one set of bedlinen and bath towels per person are provided for villa rentals. However, clients who have booked more than a single week and who don't wish to wash the linen and towels supplied can hire extra sets @ £23.50/person. Alternatively, guests can bring a change of linen and towels with them. In any event, clients are advised to bring their own beach/lounger towels, or alternatively, buy some locally on arrival.

Conference Season:
Owners of properties in and around Cannes usually demand premium rates for The Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition events. However, we are often able to offer reductions of up to 30% on late availability or cancellations.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £500 is required for this property. It will be returned to you in full following your departure assuming that no chargeable damage has occured to the property during your stay. If you cancel your booking, any pre-payments you have made against the security deposit charge will be returned to you in full.
