




Overlooking the Bay of La Figuerette, the villa is perfectly situated to enjoy superb coastal views of the Esterel as well as the sandy cove of Miramar and Le Trayas beach. There are numerous restaurants in the bay, a local general provision store, hobi-cats, pedaloes and both private and public sections to the beach.
The area is relatively unspoilt and has over 200 kilometres of hillside walks and mountain bike trails behind in the National Park. Cannes is only a short drive along the coast, Nice is easily accessible and the villa is well situated for sight-seeing either towards St. Raphaël, St. Maxime and St. Tropez or in the other direction for access to the A8 motorway for trips to Provence, inland to the perfumeries or further afield to Monaco and the Italian border.
The villa can sleep 10 people comfortably and is on two levels. Entering from the rear of the property you are on the upper floor and have kitchen and store room to the left, salon directly in front with large balcony the full length of the front of the villa. The kitchen has free-standing oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Also on this level there are two double bedrooms, one with en suite basin and shower and the other with bathroom adjacent. There is a separate W.C. off the main hallway.
Going down to the lower floor you pass through the utility area with washing machine and internal door of the garage to three further twin-bedded rooms: one has access to the garden and washbasin in the room, the other two have small windows facing the sea and pool and all three share the facilities of a shower room and separate W.C. on this level.
The garage is available for parking or there is parking on the driveway that is fairly steep into the property. Alternatively there is ample road parking. The garden is on different levels with a pool measuring 8 x 4 metres surrounded with gravelled sun terraces. There is not a flat play area for children, as the garden is on a terraced site to maximise on the coastal views, but the garden is relatively safe being fenced or hedged and the villa is in a quiet area with the domaine de la Girelle.

When booking or reserving your holiday accommodation (either via our website booking system, contact form, or by telephone), it is important to note that your booking is not secure until we have confirmed it with the owners. We never accept bookings before receiving owners' acceptance and confirmation of bookings. We advise clients not to pay for any form of travel arrangements until we have formally confirmed your booking either by email or fax. In order to to speed up your reservation for accommodation, we would be grateful if clients booking 7 days or less, would kindly tick the box labelled 'Single Week Supplement' on the booking form. Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, although several owners do now accept mid-week bookings. So, if you prefer arriving on a weekday, please click on the 'Contact Owner' button to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.

As stated above, one set of bedlinen and bath towels per person are provided for villa rentals. However, clients who have booked more than a single week and who don't wish to wash the linen and towels supplied can hire extra sets @ £23.50/person. Alternatively, guests can bring a change of linen and towels with them. In any event, clients are advised to bring their own beach/lounger towels, or alternatively, buy some locally on arrival.

Conference Season:
Owners of properties in and around Cannes usually demand premium rates for The Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition events. However, we are often able to offer reductions of up to 30% on late availability or cancellations.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £500 is required for this property. It will be returned to you in full following your departure assuming that no chargeable damage has occured to the property during your stay. If you cancel your booking, any pre-payments you have made against the security deposit charge will be returned to you in full.
