The villa has three distinct areas in an L-shaped design with the east and west wings both facing onto the pool directly in front of the property. In total there are 8 bedrooms all double or twin, with two shower rooms and three bathrooms. There are two complete kitchens and a kitchenette, balconies to all bedrooms except the ground floor bedrooms. With full south-facing elevation the villa benefits from all day long sun and evening sunsets for outdoor late dining. The pool is an S-shape and curves around the mature palm tree in the pool courtyard measuring overall in free-form design 9 x 4.5 metres. There is parking for up to 6 cars in the grounds via two automatically controlled gates and extra parking on the road adjacent. Mature palms, magnolia, cedar and pine surround the pool courtyard. Boules area.
In the East wing of the villa, (Maison de Maître ) there are three bedrooms on the upper floor and fully-equipped kitchen, dining/TV area and salon on the lower floor. All rooms over-look the pool area on the garden level. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two double and one twin. One double is en suite with small balcony an partial sea view, and the other two share bathroom facilities with separate W.C. Both of these bedrooms have access to a large south-facing private balcony. External dining area with pergola off kitchen entrance. East wing can be linked via ground floor bedroom of Les Palmiers if requested.
The West wing has two apartments that can be linked or separated. Main apartment (Les Palmiers), has ground floor double bedroom with en suite large bathroom and very spacious living area with open-plan kitchen, breakfast area and salon with double aspect French windows over-looking the pool and garden. All marble-floored, and angled staircase leads to the upper floor with two more bedrooms, one double with large balcony and partial sea views, and a second twin with rear private balcony. Shared bathroom on this floor has bath, shower over, bidet and basin.
Also from the West wing (La Chaumière), there is access via an archway from the salon of Les Palmiers to a further smaller living area with kitchenette and French doors to private terrace plus two further bedrooms, one double and one twin. The twin room has access to the garden level. Both share the facility of a shower room, W.C, basin and bidet.
Villa St Charles is unique in that it can be let as a complete villa or independent units, each with its own space and facilities including satellite TV channels, without infringing on any other tenants. Each section of the villa has individual dining terraces and barbecue areas, parking is shared but unobtrusive, neighbourhood is quiet and residential, but a stone’s throw away is all the activity of the best night-life on the Côte d’Azur, wonderful boutiques, excellent restaurants and superb beaches with every kind of watersport and all within a short walk. A superb and unforgettable venue. Pool is 9 x 4.5 metres, Roman steps and Boules Court.

When booking or reserving your holiday accommodation (either via our website booking system, contact form, or by telephone), it is important to note that your booking is not secure until we have confirmed it with the owners. We never accept bookings before receiving owners' acceptance and confirmation of bookings. We advise clients not to pay for any form of travel arrangements until we have formally confirmed your booking either by email or fax. In order to to speed up your reservation for accommodation, we would be grateful if clients booking 7 days or less, would kindly tick the box labelled 'Single Week Supplement' on the booking form. Arrival & Departure Days:
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, although several owners do now accept mid-week bookings. So, if you prefer arriving on a weekday, please click on the 'Contact Owner' button to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Rental Prices:
Are quoted in GBP (Pounds Sterling) per week and include:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- End of stay cleaning
- Pool and garden maintenance
- One set of linen & towels is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
- Meeting you on arrival and showing you into your accommodation
As stated above, one set of bedlinen and bath towels per person are provided for villa rentals. However, clients who have booked more than a single week and who don't wish to wash the linen and towels supplied can hire extra sets @ £23.50/person. Alternatively, guests can bring a change of linen and towels with them. In any event, clients are advised to bring their own beach/lounger towels, or alternatively, buy some locally on arrival.

Conference Season:
Owners of properties in and around Cannes usually demand premium rates for The Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition events. However, we are often able to offer reductions of up to 30% on late availability or cancellations.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £1000 is required for this property. It will be returned to you in full following your departure assuming that no chargeable damage has occured to the property during your stay. If you cancel your booking, any pre-payments you have made against the security deposit charge will be returned to you in full.
