This is a second floor apartment with large balcony shaded by electric sun canopy, in the new and prestigious development of the Eméraudes du Cap. Situated close to both centres of Juan les Pins and Antibes, the apartment offers the ideal opportunity to leave the car in the garage or not even have a car as shops, restaurants, beaches, nightlife are all within walking distance. The town of Antibes has numerous places of interest with Museums, the ramparts, markets, an extensive marina and port as well as the typical narrow streets of the medieval town. Juan les Pins is chic and lively with superb boutiques and excellent restaurants. The Cap d’Antibes is literally around the next bend and offers interesting rocky coves.
The Eméraudes du Cap has 3 buildings with 10 luxury apartments in each block and one building with 20. Although centrally situated, the Residence is still in a quiet residential area and has a large pool for tenants, security gates and landscaped gardens which retain the palm and olive trees from the original villa.
The apartment has air-conditioning and has a large salon with American kitchen. Two French windows from this room open onto the balcony where there is outdoor furniture for dining and sun-bathing. Inside the salon there are two very comfortable rust-coloured sofas with mustard scatter cushions. One of these sofas is a luxury convertible sofa located for more privacy in the alcove of the living room. TV, DVD, video, Hi-fi system. Kitchen in lemon and white has all co-ordinating crockery and cutlery, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, micro-wave and peninsular work unit. The bedroom has 160 cms. Double bed that could be made up by unzipping the upper mattress as twin singles, alll decorated in Provençal citrus and deep blue. Bathroom has shower and screen over bath, basin and WC. There is also a second W.C. with hand-basin and mirror above. Wardrobe space for occupants of the sofa-bed are in the hallway. Reserved secure garage parking for one car.

We never accept bookings before receiving owners' acceptance and confirmation of bookings. We advise clients not to pay for any form of travel arrangements until we have formally confirmed your booking either by email or fax. In order to to speed up your reservation for accommodation, we would be grateful if clients booking 7 days or less, would kindly tick the box labelled 'Single Week Supplement' on the booking form. Arrival & Departure Days:
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, although several owners do now accept mid-week bookings. So, if you prefer arriving on a weekday, please click on the 'Contact Owner' button to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Rental Prices:
Are quoted in GBP (Pounds Sterling) per week and include:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- End of stay cleaning
- Meeting you on arrival and showing you into your accommodation
Bedlinen and bath towels are not provided for apartments. If clients don't wish to bring their own linen and towels, we can supply them @ £23.50/person. Clients are advised to bring their own beach/lounger towels, or alternatively, buy some locally on arrival.

Conference Season:
Owners of properties in and around Cannes usually demand premium rates for The Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition events. However, we are often able to offer reductions of up to 30% on late availability or cancellations.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £250 is required for this property. It will be returned to you in full following your departure assuming that no chargeable damage has occured to the property during your stay. If you cancel your booking, any pre-payments you have made against the security deposit charge will be returned to you in full.
