Near Grasse where the world’s most famous perfumes come from, and in a quiet residential area, you will find Les Romarins. A beautiful villa with antique furniture and surrounded by 8000m2 of flat grassed land with olive trees, a literal oasis of peace. The outside of the villa has the friendly appearance of an Austrian villa with its geranium plants hanging from each window and its green shutters. The pool has a beach entrance of three metres which is ideal for children, and then becomes deeper. The pool measures 12 x 6 m. Near the pool is a summer house with kitchen with two fridges, freezer , barbecue and terrace with large table and chairs.
The front aspect of the villa has a covered terrace with an external dining area. From here you enter the spacious living room with a sitting area around an open fireplace. TV, Hi-fi and video. In one corner there is a bar with bar stools, in another, an antique desk making a study area and in the fourth section of the large room is another small table and occasional chairs.
From the living room you enter the hallway that opens into the kitchen. Here the appliances include electric oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, grill, combination gas and electric hob and fridge and freezer. The kitchen has direct access to a conservatory full of plants and making a cosy sitting area for breakfast in the morning even on a rainy day. Separate toilet in the hall.
The first floor offers a bedroom with double bed, cupboard and dressing table with en suite bathroom and basin. There is a second double bedroom also with an en suite bathroom and similar furnishings. Both bedrooms have a real Provençal feel with the mixture of antique pieces and colourful prints.
The second floor has a master bedroom with double bed and single bed and another bedroom with double bed.
The third floor has a bedroom with double bed and single bed plus another single bedroom.
There is also a small TV in each bedroom and a DVD player in the living room. It is available July and August with possibility of extending into June or September on request.
A truly beautiful villa with such an eye to detail reflecting the pride of the owner in wanting guests to thoroughly enjoy the property to the full.

When booking or reserving your holiday accommodation (either via our website booking system, contact form, or by telephone), it is important to note that your booking is not secure until we have confirmed it with the owners. We never accept bookings before receiving owners' acceptance and confirmation of bookings. We advise clients not to pay for any form of travel arrangements until we have formally confirmed your booking either by email or fax. In order to to speed up your reservation for accommodation, we would be grateful if clients booking 7 days or less, would kindly tick the box labelled 'Single Week Supplement' on the booking form. Arrival & Departure Days:
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, although several owners do now accept mid-week bookings. So, if you prefer arriving on a weekday, please click on the 'Contact Owner' button to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Rental Prices:
Are quoted in GBP (Pounds Sterling) per week and include:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- End of stay cleaning
- Pool and garden maintenance
- One set of linen & towels is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
- Meeting you on arrival and showing you into your accommodation
As stated above, one set of bedlinen and bath towels per person are provided for villa rentals. However, clients who have booked more than a single week and who don't wish to wash the linen and towels supplied can hire extra sets @ £23.50/person. Alternatively, guests can bring a change of linen and towels with them. In any event, clients are advised to bring their own beach/lounger towels, or alternatively, buy some locally on arrival.

Conference Season:
Owners of properties in and around Cannes usually demand premium rates for The Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition events. However, we are often able to offer reductions of up to 30% on late availability or cancellations.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £500 is required for this property. It will be returned to you in full following your departure assuming that no chargeable damage has occured to the property during your stay. If you cancel your booking, any pre-payments you have made against the security deposit charge will be returned to you in full.
