Within 10 kilometres from Cannes, conveniently situated for festivals and congresses as well as being only a stone's throw from the local beaches, shops and amenities. Train and bus service along the coast means that a car is not essential. La Napoule is a buzzing community with an abundance of excellent restaurants, local weekly market and summer evening artisan markets along the marina. La Napoule has Michelin starred restaurants as well as gourmet venues to local family cuisine all at affordable prices. Boutiques and small supermarkets with fresh produce are at hand and the atmosphere is quite vibrant in high season and calmer in the Spring and Autumn.
Two bedrooms on the first floor both with single beds that can be made up as doubles if required. Main bedroom has large balcony with sea views and south-facing, ideal for evening dining to appreciate the view. Second bedroom to the rear of the property
Kitchen has also been re-fitted since purchase. Units are all white, splash-back in white and Provencal blue border. Electric hob with cooker hood over, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine in separate utility drying area.
There is a large shower room with vanity basin and WC on the upper floor between the two bedrooms and a separate WC on the ground floor. Shower cubicle is large and custom-made. All newly re-decorated and tiled.
Spacious living room with high ceiling, areas for sitting and relaxing (one sofa is a sofa bed but accommodation is strictly for 4 people). Dining table (extendable) and chairs to the front of the salon by the large patio windows. TV, DVD and Hi-fi.
The main advantage and key point of this property is its location being so central that makes not needing a car to go out in the evening a plus. Families with small children wanting a beach holiday it is ideal. Parking in front of the property.
Linen and towels can be hired extra to the cost at 25 euros per person per stay or people are welcome to bring their own. End of stay cleaning included in the price plus arrangement for key collection. Extra sets linen or cleaning arranged at extra cost.
All along the Cote d'Azur is the coastal train and this unfortunately runs only 50 metres from the property. The service is not continuous and does not continue through the night. However tenants must be aware that there will be passing trains albeit for only 30 seconds depending on the length of the train and they are not too frequent. As owners we would not have bought the property had we found this intrusive. The property was bought because of its location and convenience.
Those interested in drama, music and artistic presentations may appreciate the exhibitions and theatrical or musical evenings open-air at the renowned Chateau of La Napoule. This is also a venue for many weddings, celebrations and private parties as the Chateau can be hired independently.
Exterior is small. Gravelled entrance, hedged sides providing privacy and small terrace from the ground floor. Upper balcony is super, out of the main twin/double bedroom with wide sea views. Ideal for aperitifs, early breakfast and sun-downers.
There are many local golf courses in the area. Two in Mandelieu, two in Mougins, one in Opio and so on, a golfer's paradise in the sun. Ski resorts are about 90 minutes drive from La Napoule to Auron, Isola 200 and slightly further to Valberg. All possible as day trips. Ski slopes are good, quite extensive but not for the very intense skier.
Beaches abound. Sandy beaches in La Napoule only a couple of minutes from the property. Rocky coves, shingle bays all along the Esterel coast or towards Cannes crescent-shaped sandy beaches all along the coast to the centre of Cannes where private serviced beaches are to be found.

When booking or reserving your holiday accommodation (either via our website booking system, contact form, or by telephone), it is important to note that your booking is not secure until we have confirmed it with the owners. We never accept bookings before receiving owners' acceptance and confirmation of bookings. We advise clients not to pay for any form of travel arrangements until we have formally confirmed your booking either by email or fax. Arrival & Departure Days:
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, although several owners do now accept mid-week bookings. So, if you prefer arriving on a weekday, please click on the 'Contact Owner' button to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Rental Prices:
Are quoted in GBP (Pounds Sterling) per week and include:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- End of stay cleaning
- Meeting you on arrival and showing you into your accommodation
Bedlinen and bath towels are not provided for apartments. If clients don't wish to bring their own linen and towels, we can supply them @ £23.50/person. Clients are advised to bring their own beach/lounger towels, or alternatively, buy some locally on arrival.

Conference Season:
Owners of properties in and around Cannes usually demand premium rates for The Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition events. However, we are often able to offer reductions of up to 30% on late availability or cancellations.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £250 is required for this property. It will be returned to you in full following your departure assuming that no chargeable damage has occured to the property during your stay. If you cancel your booking, any pre-payments you have made against the security deposit charge will be returned to you in full.
